 Zinc Coated (galvanized) Steel Chain Link  Fence Fabric
 

Complies with Standard Specification for Zinc-Coated Steel Chain-Link Fence Fabric to ASTM A392, for high security protective Fencing .
When covering the same area, this is undoubtedly the most cost-effective fence, and has a high tensile strength of 2170 lbf (9650 N), flexibility, and can be combined with Barbed Wire and Razor Wire to upgrade the protection level, It is suitable for highway fences, thermal power plant fences, various government projects, and fences to protect deer and other animals. It is also suitable for installation on slopes and can be cut arbitrarily.
Custom-made Chain Link Fence fabric can be up to 12ft (3.66m) high, but chain link fences can be installed up to 20ft (6.1m).
For the part of the edge of the chain link fence, we can choose the knuckled edge or the twist edge. Easy to maintain and repair, any damaged parts can be replaced quickly.

1.Chain-Link Fence Fabric Roll
The Chain-link fence fabric roll are produced by woven from high zinc wire.Fabric 72 in. (1830 mm) high and over shall be knuckled at one selvage and twisted at the other.
Wire Diameter and Tolerances
Diameter of the wire: 3.76mm ±0.13mm
Tolerances in accordance with ASTM A392; Made from steel in accordance with ASTM A817

Breaking Strength of the Wire
Wires: Minimum 5740lbf (N)

Mesh Sizes and Tolerances
Mesh spacing is measured between the centres of two adjacent
wires having same spatial alignment; alternatively the measurement can be made between two leading edges of wire.
Distance between the wires: 2''(50mm±3.2mm)
Tolerances are in accordance with ASTM A392

Weave
The wire shall be woven throughout in the form of approximately uniform square mesh, having  parallel sides and horizontal and vertical diagonals of approximately uniform dimensions.

Metallic Coating
On fabric galvanized after weaving, the weight of coating shall be determined on one or more pieces of wire removed from the fabric. These specimens may be of any length over 12 in. (300 mm)  and shall include both bends and straight sections, but shall not include either twists or knuckles.
The weight of coating shall be determined in accordance with Test Method ASTM A90/A90M.
 

 

Nut and Bolts
Each clamp will be supplied with hot dip galvanized mushroom headed, square necked bolts (M8X40mm) and security nuts (M8).
